On the 26th of October, Mr. Ganesh, from the fellowship- Learning Companion- in Nagpur, visited Snehagram. I had a really good time learning about their fellowship and we had the opportunity to explain our fellowship (I’mPossible Fellowship). We had a collaborative discussion on the challenges in implementing and sustaining our fellowship programs and the ways in which we approach those issues. One lesson I learned from their team was to give and never expect anything in return. For their program in Nagpur, they explained that their goal with their fellowship is to help children of Nagpur get their education and stop their parents from migrating and searching for schooling elsewhere. Their fellowship helps many children to get their baseline education. This interaction helped build a good foundational relationship between the two teams and we look forward to future discussions.
