Learning by books brings information and knowledge but learning by doing or through activities brings understanding and ways to apply the same in real-life situations. All the trainings of the fellowship program is planned more on activity-based as it helps the fellow to grasp it better. Most of the activities and demonstrations were well planned prior and put into action in the training. The fellows found it easier to learn and comprehend the contents taught. This active learning gave an opportunity for the trainee to think about, talk about and share their understanding and provide valid feedback for adoptions.
