The field visit to Sevasadan Institute was an eye-opener for all of us. The institute had all the trades that are sustainable and provided continuous support and income to youth from the most vulnerable groups. Sevasadan agreed to be in a partnership with Sneha Charitable Trust, to work on two to three trades, that provides easy opportunities for the HIV-infected and affected community to find a livelihood opportunity. They also suggested that we could start with a pilot program, which could actually help us to identify better opportunities as we move forward. Sevasadan also agreed to train our students under their program.
