Making Lesson plans aren’t sufficient it needs a proper evaluation and an overview before implementing the same. The lessons were designed in the collaborative circle and it was later assessed and evaluated by the group mentor. Once the major modification was done it was handed over to Mr. Michael to have further changes done, then It was submitted to the Teach For India team to give their feedback, once we received the feedback we do the added changes and finalize the lesson.
