Books give us information but it never gives practical experience. To learn deeply about the bookish know we need to practice or experience the situation.  The fellowship training has kept that as the motto and vision of the teaching. The trainers were to present real-life problems to the fellows and then guide them to solve the problems by providing them with a hands-on activity to learn the solution. All the fellows expressed that they learned a lot just by doing, as most of them really didn’t understand the theory part, but while they started practicing the same the impact was better.
